Office Space Options

Currently, we offer flexible month-to-month office space for Private Practice practitioners looking for a soft place to land where they can see clients for an entry-level cost.

Availability

Offices are currently available:

1/2 days - M, W, Th, F, Sa, Sun

Full Days - M, W, Th, F, Sa, Sun

When you rent the office, you are renting the same day/half-day each week for the month until a notice to vacate is provided by either party.

We can also provide a virtual office for you to receive mail and have a physical address if you are a telehealth-only provider.

Agreements

• Rent is due by the 5th of the month

• 30 day notice to vacate (this is a month-to-month lease)

• 2424 Burton St SE #103 can be your mailing address

• No storage is provided - the office must be left as you found it

• High Speed internet is provided

Costs

1/2 Day* - $75/month

Full Day* - $150/month

Virtual office** - $75/month

*The costs are the total for the entire month. For example, if you rent a full day Monday and Wednesday your total cost for the month is $300.

**Virtual Office Space does not provide any in-person office space. Any in-person office space can be negotiated at an as-needed cost or using the cost chart above.
